1. General information

Ce365 is an online gaming platform serving Bangladeshi players. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ce365 and its users ("Members").

2. Account Register

To open an account with ce365, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts registered with false details may be closed at any time.

Important account rules:

• Each person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact ce365 Support immediately.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the ce365 platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

• Providing false age information during registration will result in permanent account termination.
• Ce365 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Failure to pass verification may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on ce365 are designed to be simple, fast, and transparent. However, certain important rules must be followed.

Important withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same number used at registration — withdrawals to third-party numbers are strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Ce365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• If a deposit fails due to a technical issue, please contact Support within 24 hours.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Ce365's bonus and promotion offers are specially designed for members. Each bonus carries specific terms that must be followed.

General bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirement: A specific wagering multiplier must be met for each bonus (typically 5x to 20x).
• Duration: Bonuses not used within 7 days of being credited will be automatically cancelled.
• Maximum bet limit: When playing with bonus balance, the maximum bet per round is BDT 500.

6. Gaming Rules

The following gaming rules must be strictly observed while playing on ce365. They apply equally to all members.

• All games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — results are entirely random and unbiased.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a technical error, ce365 reserves the right to void that amount.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game may result in the bet being voided.
• Using any software or bot to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other players in live games is not permitted.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ce365 platform and may result in legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Any attempt to hack the system or compromise security
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Registering with a false identity
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members
• Exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform to gain an unfair advantage

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Ce365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is found
• Where fraud or deception is suspected
• Failure to complete account verification
• Inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Order of a court or law enforcement authority

Account closure by the member:

If you wish to close your account, please contact Support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Ce365 takes the protection of members' personal data extremely seriously. We use SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology to keep your information safe.

• Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
• Information will not be disclosed without a lawful request from a law enforcement authority.
• Payment information is stored in encrypted form.

10. Disclaimers & limitations

Ce365 is not liable for:

• Loss of a game or transaction due to internet disconnection
• Issues with the member's own device or software
• Loss caused by third-party cyberattacks or hacking
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others

11. Right to amend terms and conditions

Ce365 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via SMS or in-app notification.
• Updated terms and conditions will take effect 7 days after publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
• Members will have the option to close their account if they do not agree to the updated terms.
